Aatrox rework?

Not only is this champion under-performing, but he also doesn't really fit into the narrative of his lore, where he rallies his allies into a blood fervor, increasing their strength tenfold with unholy power.

I would like to see an Aatrox that truly thrives in teamfights, that buffs his allies, while also wreaking havoc in the backline. I already adore the champion's style and appearance, however the gameplay, for me, feels very underwhelming, simple and weak.

Aatrox is being updated along with the diver class/roster update some time this year, so it won't be long!

I feel that Aatrox's best bet is for a mini-rework, along the lines of Alistar, Shyvana, and soon-to-be Rek'Sai. Just some buffs and alterations to make him a real war demon.

It'd be nice to have Aatrox be relevant again. However, I do feel that there are other things that take precedence.

I really think many misunderstand his lore on this board.

He may or may not get an update or rework come the class update in the middle of the season. Sure he's been trash for a couple years, but hey, there's a chance that could change in another half a year
