so riot since you nerfed this keystone/changed it several adcs have fallen from grace and are weak and have nothing. Varus is pretty much useless and weak, kog is not far behind him. Other adcs people are complaining about would be ashe and luc. Yes people wanted varus buffs and you make his passive umm nothing becuase who cares about his passive. I would rather have a permanent 20% then a temp 50%. So this "buff" i mean who cares no one likes his passive in the game anyway. But sadly people will say varus is op and such and he isnt but okay. The adcs i mentioned more so then not relied on fervor becuase of the extra damage and not this stupid crap on getting extra ad you can only get off aa........

They changed Fervor because of Hurricane i believe. Fervor actually still works on Lucian. He's one of the few ADC that can use it well actually since he can stack it the fastest and since it gives flat AD now it applies to his Q and Ult now as well. The thing that killed Lucian was the changed to Ghostblade and Flat Pen. it took away alot of what made him strong in lane. Varus may get a passive buff (it's on the PBE atleast) which will be a pseudo Jinx passive w/o the move speed (20% AS + 25% Bonus AS on minion kill and 40% AS + 50% Bonus AS on Champion kill) but it feels like a band aid fix for the moment.

its a useelss buff you might as well not even give him that. no one cares about his useless passive..... i would rather have a permanet 20% then a 50% that last 10secs. varus cant use the new fervor very well the old one was better , im sorry that on hit is a thing on him and yes it was his strongest build, only way i could 1v3 people, i mean having lifesteal runes and masyery and running straight lifesteal worked for me.

lucian and ezreal can still use it, and most of the other adcs never used it in the first place (jinx, ashe, and cait still use warlords and varus, mf, and jhin still use deathfire) varus is getting buffed, and kogmaw is almost good as an ap midlaner again

Jinx, Ashe and Cait used old fervor. Runnan's bolts used to stack it and apply the on-hit damage. when that change it to basic attacks only it wasn't as strong on them.

no. it was a better option then warlord's (after the nerf to how much ranged champs heal) Abilities gave us 2 stacks so like lucian would Q then Auto and get 4 stacks or Ez would Q and get 3 stacks. Also Hurricane would stack it quick if the extra bolts hit champs. But after they changed it from on-hit to basic attack Jinx, Ashe and, Cait just default to Bloodlust cuse it's there really. they don't have a better keystone to take. Cait could MAYBE get by with Deathfire but its hard to say. Warlord's isn't an awful mastery, it gives us some healing for the laning phase and the mid game (in case we need to go LW 3rd) but it can make forcing people out of lane difficult unless you can keep pressuring them. I can just kinda get chunked for half my HP in lane, hang back just inside exp range and wait for minions to move forward near my tower, freeze and sustain back up.

Yes varus. There increasing his passive ...... who the fck cares about his stupid passive. It's a crap buff if you want to call it a buff. Warlords is meant for people who are mobile and can kite,because you can get more use out of it. Varus really can't use any of the key stones none of them are great on him
