he is useless now. his bombs are to hard to land for starters and they cost to much mana so its not like you can attempt to use them to hopfully poke. however he does work with a team where there is cc already so u can just instantly throw them. he is just uber weak compared to what he used to be ill gladly give the stun up to change his e to how it was

In addition to not being usable at any level of play, he also has a terrible win rate to back it up. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever why one could possibly think Zilean is in a good spot.

I also play him as a support sometimes, he's pretty effective with some practice.
