Can we add 10 % cd to....

So why does the ss item for ancient coin and frost queens gets 10% cd but eye of the equinox does not have 10% on it.... Riot please xplain this thanks. Upvote please

Eye of the Equinox is made for tank supports. Tank supports can get 40% CDR easily with Frozen Heart/IBG, Locket, and Zeke's.

Lots of CDR doesn't fit well into support items because they ALL have it.

Non tank supports won't necessarily build Athene's (because Mikaels) so they aren't always going to have 20% CDR on one item. If someone isn't building Frozen Heart on Leona/Taric/Tahm/Braum they're just bad.

And how would you change it? Eye of the Equinox has Targons + SS as its components. So it needs a minimum of 325 health. Less than 100% regen on a completed item is worthless, so that needs to stay.

If you think 400 Health 10% CDR is better than 500 health you're just wrong.

Power budget.

When 10% CDR was added to those items, it was given in exchange for mana regen. Eye of the equinox already has its power allocated to raw health.

thats not saying anything thats like remove the ap from the frost queens one ..... talk about power budget right. most people would agree to give up half the hp for 10% cd. that 10% means more to me then 500 hp. so face of the mountain gets 10% cd and 450Hp and the activated shield but eye gets 500 hp like really but no cd ....;......
