why is skarner allowed to be in a weak state

khorney2 votesi mained skarner i know how to build him.....let me expalin what hi sso called chyrstals do is what his q used to do but stacked.. also his old passive was you had to hit 3 things whether it be aa or spells, to stun. Sure that sounds weaker then it is now but not really since A you need to hit your e to stun i merely have to hit 3 things so yah sounds bad but if you end up getting hydra you are split push monster and stun every one in team fight becuase the tiamat proced his passive. However sure his moves had less ad ratio but ill take that over this sorry asss version of skarner. People say he is good and give 0 facts or 0 argument becuase what i say cannot be argued with. Regardless eitehr way he needs flash for enagge becuase he is still slow as shyt. maybe ulting the chyrstals would be good but people would scream op ........ old skarner better new skarner bad

But one champion I can speak for is 
I uses to main her before her rework.
Then the rework happened I keep hearing how broken she is and no counterplay. But I couldn't win. My problem was I keep trying to play her like she uses to be and not how she is. Could that be what is happening to you?
khorney1 votesno he is just that much worse. its not even a ? how bad he is. His jungling is crap, clear times are a joke ganking is more of a joke. Like every single other jungler in the game has something on him. He has no dash cant gank for anything is slow as shyt. I mean sure he has some ad ratios that he didnt have beforebut so what ill take the utility he had before. Literally stun a awhole team off ur passive you cant do that now, you cant split push now like u could before, his passive is a joke. so why pick him over anyone else, i cannot play him in this play him since he is in every way inferior to the previous one and skarner i think has been the most reworked champ. fiora is stronger her old ult can be outplayed and damage ignored if u were blinded
