Contaminate (E) base damage lowered from 20/35/50/65/80 to 20/25/30/35/40

Twitch needed nerfs LAST season, he isnt even a problem anymore. He doesnt abuse the runes like he did last season. He isnt lane dominate and isnt even close to being a meta adc. Trist, Xayah, Kog, Varus are ALL higher tier than twitch and honestly if you pick twitch these days you are trolling. It's like you found apiece of paper lying around the office from last year when he WAS a problem and was like "oh yea lemme just slap these on OUT OF NOWHERE".

compare twitch to the rest of the adcs i listed pick% winrate and ba n rate. This is the most random ass nerf i've ever seen in this game.

Riot do listen to our opinions. They are just really slow with responding to them. Look at how long we asked for east coast servers before they finally moved from CA to wherever it is now.

It's not surprising at all. Twitch was extremely powerful. His E melts! Especially with the right build setup... Damage/life leech...Old Twitch was hilarious.... Twitch
