Well...Warwick's certainly a CertainlyT champion now.
Wouldn't be surprised if he's either pick/ban or 40% winrate for the next 2 years.
There's no way for that champion to be reasonable, regardless of numbers. Worst case he'll build full tank with titanic hydra if his numbers get gutted hard enough and STILL find success solely due to the chasing power, damage reduction, sustain, and being a jungler rather than a laner.
My favorite part is how he gets rewarded for misusing his W...lol
