If you're not support or jungler you are forced to buy that useless supp item or mercurial. By the time you even notice he has ulted you you have almost 0 time to react because your lane opponents follow up with their cc after you've used your quicksilver active.
On top of that, if you do bad as warwick then you suck and if you do good you're a god. Most toxic kit in game (after fizz, teemo, aniv, and cass).

Warwick is really good at using the OP new jungle item chain (Skirmisher's -> Devourer), as the 80+ on-hit damage that only 2250 gold buys you is procced six times by his R.
They will nerf these, as they're clearly stronger than the other jungler item chains, and Warwick won't be doing half your HP with his ult. He'll probably still be a good jungler, as his super strong sustain is quite relevant in the new jungle.

I see you said you can't react to it. Instead of seeing exactly when he ults you try to anticipate before he does so you hit it the vary second he jumps on you. I think you are panicking which is frustrating yourself.

gives bonus True Damage on on-hit effects.
If you are a mage, you have no way of dealing with him.
And if you are an adc carry, a single tic from his SmiteR will take over 20% of your hp.
It would be nice if it could be dodged, but it cannot. It's literally a press R for free kill champion atm.

So, Mikaels is useless against WW and I just recommend your adc to get a Quicksilver slash. The cost of the item got reduced, wich means it's easier to buy. about Zhonyas.. you can't use any items while you Surpression, so it's also useless.
