The second part of Pyke's passive says, "Converts bonus health into Attack Damage instead." Does this mean that he only has his base for a health pool, but it gets converted at a 1:1 ratio to his AD? I can't be the only one who thinks that the way they worded that sounds like that's the case. Like, I highly doubt it just because of how broken that would be (build Warmog's and get 800 AD!), but I just have to ask.

Yes. He will only have his base stats for his health, all health gained from Items is converted to AD.

What I wanna know is if that'll also include Runes... Chrysalis might be really interesting or really awkward on him depending on the answer...
It might be like Jhin's attack speed, where he doesn't actually gain the stat from the item.

What is the convertion rate on his second passiv then? Bc it is defently not 1:1, that much i know.
Worth mentioning that there's nothing stopping him from using shields. Getting useful shield items like bloodthirster could give him even more survivability
