Chrysalis Is Early Game Strength of The Ages

I would hope Riot is taking into account that Chrysalis is early game strength of the ages. Which in a way, makes it better than strength of the ages.

Chrysalis "Start the game with an extra 60 health. At 4 takedowns, consume that health to gain an adaptive bonus of 9 Attack Damage or 15 Ability Power."

Strength of the Ages was a dark time especially in competitive considering the fact that farming early meant getting 300 flat health as soon as possible. But what made it somewhat "OK" was the fact that you weren't GIVEN the 300 flat HP right away. Granted, in competitive raw stats were a reliable advantage if the opposing jungler went for something like thunderlords. Theoretically, the opposing jungler had an early advantage they could capitalize on but if they failed to achieve a good enough advantage; the jungler with strength of the ages would have a guaranteed advantage. Chrysalis, on its own, may not seem like it'd break the game but, keep in mind, it's in the resolve tree. The resolve tree guarantees 65+ health in addition to what Chysalis provides. You're starting out the game with 125 HP advantage. An advantage that a champion with thunderbolt can't even contest.

Luckily, inspiration has become a lot less overtuned since then but it still warrants mention that picking Resolve/Inspiration or Inspiration/Resolve ups the total amount to a wopping 190 HP from the VERY start of the game. That's pretty nuts. What's stopping a jungler from picking Sejuani and going Resolve/Inspiration? There's good stuff in the inspiration tree for, not just Sejuani, but junglers in general. Time warp tonic helps do what Fleet Footwork did for her in the past. It gives her a healthier clear but also increases her MS. She can just chug a pot right before a gank and suddenly it's almost like she has predator! (Okay, maybe that's a hyperbole but its still worth thinking about.)

That's just one example of a boat load of things that can happen. What if Kha'zix goes Domination/Resolve? An assassin just casually starts with the most health in the game? That's without taking into account Bone-plating.

I understand that maybe this was under the intent to bring bruisers back into the meta by providing them an early advantage that most other champions outside of that role can't utilize. I do think it's an easy fix. Just make it so that 2 takedowns convert the HP to damage instead of 4. Having such a huge advantage for 4 takedowns is overbearing. You might even argue that it's incentive for players to int 4 times but at that point the game might as well be over. Who knows, maybe i'm wrong about starting the game with 125 to 190 HP being too reliable of an advantage. Let me know what you think.

make it so you gain your AD/AP in 10 mins like the other runes but that takedowns reduces the timer by 2:30 mins.
