So it says Healing and Shields are 5% stronger and 10% on top of that on targets below 40% hps.

So does this work on you? Like Yorick Q or Nas Q?

Yep, that applies to self healing/shields as well.

Do regeneration effects count as healing for revitalize as well? (Garen passive, Mundo passive, etc.)

I also want to know if this is true for aatrox W self heal from basic attacks (they do work on self heals basic attacks and abilities on your self)
