Why did Eye of the Watchers/Oasis get 10% CDR but Eye of the Equinox didn't?
Tank Supports like CDR too...Doesn't help that Equinox is horribly gold inefficient to begin with. Reason why no one builds it.

Jungle Lux God1 votesEye of the Watchers and Eye of the Oasis got their 10% CDR because they traded 50% mana regen for it. Eye of the Equinox has no mana regen, and therefore cannot trade mana regen for CDR because it doesn't have any.
Also, none of the Eyestones are actually gold efficient because they are balanced around being very slot-efficient with the gold gen passives and the sightstone active.

PattchesOhoulihn1 votesGotta bump this. We need a petition to have CDR added to Eye of the Equinox. To me the other EYE items have a leg up on Equinox. I'd happily trade Equinox's 500hp for 400hp and 10%CDR.
