Replace Refillable Potions with Cookie Jars! (with Secret Stash mastery)

I love getting biscuits, but I feel sometimes that refillable potions are kinda a waste with this mastery. You only get the slightly extended potion, and, more importantly, don't get to make use of your biscuits if you go refillable potions.

Why not make it so a refillable potion is a "cookie jar" with two biscuits (or three biscuits with corrupted cookie jar and 5 for hunter's cookie jar :^) )

EDIT: The healing values for each refillable potion will be unchanged, they'll just get the added benefit of 20 hp and 10 mana instantly upon consumption, like biscuits do now.

I'm from the UK, cookies are a type of biscuit, not the other way around.

I'm from the UK as well and me and people I know call Biscuits with chocolate chips cookies and everything else biscuits.

Biscuits are named after TotalBiscuit as his reward for referring over 10000 players to the game. But considering they're called "Health Potion" in the store, I doubt the name influences their purchase. :P

Which reminds me - I wonder when Grez is going to get his reward back. Riot just loves to remove his reward. First it was Grez the Lizard, then it was Grez's Spectral Lantern... ^_^

For hunter's potion (hunter's cookie bag), you would get a crazy high effectiveness on the item due to the 20 health instant heal. Popping 5 charges of hunter's cookie bag gives you 100 HP instantly.

the cookies "burst heal" effect doesn't happen like that. if you eat 3 cookies, you only get the burst heal from 1 cookie at a time. Once one cookie is done healing you, the next one applies its "burst heal".

This wouldn't hurt my feelings much considering that Hunter's is pretty darn close to a trap item.

There is a rather large issue with that on the Hunter's potion, you are increasing it's effectiveness by nearly 25% just by having the mastery, on top of the abuse case of popping all 5 charges to instantly regen 100 hp.

I'm pretty sure it just increases the buff stack, and does the insta heal when the next biscuit is eaten.

Still means you can't "insta-regen" 100 HP. It also means that you wouldn't be able to take Runic Affinity on junglers, which most prefer over biscuits anyway. So there'd be a tradeoff.

It would make refillable potion and its upgrades more attractive for laners. Corrupting potion likely doesn't need that small buff though, so just keeping it on Refillable and Hunters would be fine.

the instant effect of the cookie happens when that cookie goes in effect. so if you eat 2 cookies very fast, the second one will heal you once it starts ticking.

And in exchange you give up 20% increased buff duration from the same tier? Sounds pretty balanced to me. That can help the junglers who actually burn 400 gold on Hunter's sustain pretty well.

I think it should be slightly weaker as the refillable potion is, so maybe +15 healing +5 mana or something for the cookie jar.

In fact, I NEVER take Secret Stash and a refillable pot together. I make a decision before the game whether I want corrupting pot or not. If not, I take Secret Stash. If I'm getting it, I'll take something else.
