Can we rewert the 
buff making so that the on-hit applies lifesteal?
It's not needed anymore and it's fucked up that the more health you have, you actually are helping your opponent survive by him lifestealing more on you.

Slamurai Jack3 votesI would rather they nerf some other way; It never made sense that the on hit portion didn't apply for lifesteal since other on hit effects do like a sheen proc or Nasus Q. Botrk is definitely too good at the moment but I would prefer to nerf it some other way. I honestly just think it should cost more. Make it 3500 like BT. It already has a far better build path; it can afford to cost 300 more.

Putting 55 extra AD on BotRK would be like taking Liandry's, giving it 100 AP, 20% Spellvamp, 20% CDR and buffing up the passive damage.

BotrK is more cost effective and deals more damage over buying any of the high tier ad weapons.

Yeah, it is way too overloaded. AD, attack speed, lifesteal, on-hit with %health, active... Something has to go, or just scrap it and remove it. Tanks can be killed all right with other builds.
This item seems to work in every situation, give everything you need and have no real downside except a kinda weak buildpath after u got cutlass.
