Bring back ranked team, let the premades that want to play together go in Ranked Team and then bring back solo/duo for those who want to play alone or with one friend. No really, the old system was way better.

Daen5 votesI'd like to see a system that uses a reworked version of Clubs to handle Ranked 5s, personally. It would still retain the exclusivity of a ranked team (and the special queue), but would be much more accessible and could be used in the bigger picture for club tournaments or mentorship.

DimirWaterbender5 votesHere is my biggest issue with Dynamic Queue. I absolutely love playing games with friends. I have friends that have a very wide variety of ranks, Bronze 4 to Diamond 5. I am currently Silver 4, and while I have previously had a ton of fun playing ranked teams with my friends, I feel like now the only option for playing with friends is to just do normals. Because there is such a huge skill difference, there is no possible way we can play ranked together. All I have to say is that I am at least glad we can still queue as ranked 3s.

HoneyDewMelon4 votesFunny enough, last season I was creating a team, I was a significantly higher elo and I couldn't play with my friends (I was about two tiers above them), and we had 4 players - in the midst of recruiting the last one. We even had team comps planned out, I created an account to play ranked and practice Yasuo for our Malphite combo, without sacrificing elo, and guess what happened...
Dynamic Queue, where Solo - 5 man premades play on the same ladder... which completely removed Ranked 5's.
Now I can't play with my friends, unless I smurf, and they don't want get carried, they just want to share a rank that reflects our skill as a team .
Clubs/Tags won't ever fill that empty space because even though Dynamic Queue was made to "play with friends", I can't unless I smurf and boost their individual rank. I wish we actually had our team name on a ladder where we could compare our team against others teams again.

But since if you put support as first or second choice now menas you usually get support the no support mains who wnat a real chance atthis desierd position are now putting something other then support as secondary.
Yes i use to have support as my backup plan and as such I would usually play Irelia with second most played as Janna the past 3 seasons but no more can I do that.
THey could likely fix this system with some work but as it stands it is not working that well.

Oh I know. I used to main jungle and side support. Traded support for ADC now, and I still usually get it, but at least sometimes I get jungle.
Dr Poro1 votesSame here, I usually filled which got me to play support about half the time. But with this system, picking support as secondary gives it you you over 90% of the time so I now pick jungle as secondary.
A lot of other players also do this.
Result: Even bigger lack of support players.
Riot needs to fix it since their system caused this.

Now I am forced to be jungle/top, taking my 3rd role, because I can't support or I'll be support only.
Karn Bishop2 votesI have seen threads on the old ranked teams and the consensus was they worked fine but were too hard to join due to arbitrary limits thrown on team size and an invite limit which severely made getting casual ranked teams going almost impossible.

Soloque + dynamic for 2, 3, 5 players. It's the 4+1 situations that cause the most grief for solo players anyway.
I'm even fine with 3+1+1 and 2+2+1 situations, but it is without fail an awful experience if you're not winning 100% of the match as a solo with a 4 man.
I like playing with friends too, but that's what normals were for. Ranked was what I did, by myself, when no-one was online. I won't do ranked anymore this season after my initial experiences; and this hurts my desire to play at all because that leaves me as a solo player in normals, where the competitive aspect of the game is entirely lacking.
Bringing back teams would be cool, but it's not a big deal imo.
A 2-3-5man only queue can't survive in the current mmr and is still pointless for teams.
What teams want is not limit on ranks.
