right now 3/2 votes is not enough for surren (for some weird reason according to democracy the opinion with the most votes win)
And i want this to go because when a game is obvious lost you have this duo premade who keep pressing no and they force you to stack in a game that is lost and is boring to even keep playing!
So when 3 people vote YES in surrend it need to be done !

If all 3 inhibs are down, and they have baron + 5 dragons the game will end pretty fast anyway.

Moussetracks1 votesI don't mind 3/2, but I think that 3/1 with a person not voting should be a surrender. That one person honestly doesn't care enough to say yay or nay, so it should only count as 4 people.

And besides that: I declined so many surrender votes just to win few moments later. So saying that a game is obviously lost is just a proof you need to try more.
