URF Coming back: thoughts

So last year when they introduced URF they did a cheesy preview of it, mentioning that it was supposed to come out next season. I think they should do another cheesy preview this time saying "It was a bit later than we thought, but URF is now an official game mode and will be replacing the normal mode" I feel like that's how they should be approaching this.

Also: Nidalee is going to be even more overpowered this time! :O

Does anyone agree with this? I feel like it would be the best way too approach this(for Riot).

No, at that time they said it would come out "Pre-season".
