AP Alistar is viable again?

Two things that made Alistar strong were Lich Bane (pre-nerf) and DFG (until it was nerfed and then later removed). But with the addition of Runeglaive, and the recent addition of Luden's Ekko to the game I really think AP Alistar could be viable and strong again. Even his ult scales with AP now because Runeglaive converts the AD from Unbreakable Will to Magic Damage on Runeglaive Spellblade Procs not to mention how tank he'd be (even as Full AP) with the Damage reduction from Challenging Smite and Unbreakable Will combined.
