did the lee sin buff do anything?

haven't played ina LONG time, been playing runescape LMFAO. League been too stressful, not as fun, etc etc (not blaming the season, just i've been playing since S1 so games just getting stale)

BUt I've been keeping tabs on the game/forums, checking up. Since lee is my favorite champion (yes i suck with lee, and yes id kick your ass anyway cus lee op pls nerf) and i got 50k mastery on him (i realize it aint much but my next closest is like 10k and my total mastery level is only like 50~) as you might imagine, i was pleased when i saw lee buffs on the notes, then i got to the buff and first thought was "meh."

So how has the buff actually impacted lee? Is it worth maxing W first or getting an early 2nd/3rd point now? Tank lee #1 now? I know first few games Ima try max W first. I used to always get an early 2nd point if i felt i needed it, so the change will help me

Also rito, can we possible move some of that buff to his lvl 1 shield D: ?
