I really miss greenwards

The absence is also the nr1 reason for botlane parties

puts ward in sidebush for tp but u can't clear or you grab redtrinket but then ur extra vulnerable to jungle ganks.

there really isnt any good answers see it all the time. pinkwards help but are very costly and dont last long

i just miss being able to clear wards and put some down at the same time early game and midgame.

Who doesn't except these new retarded players ruining this game.

I would rather see both sides having absolutely no vision and have to force themselves to think when warding instead of "whichever team buys more wards wins". Botlane actually becomes gankable that way.

Also, no green wards means more opportunities for teams that are behind to catch up. Back then, if you're behind, trying to invest on vision puts people even more behind, and if you're ahead, you end up snowballing yourself even harder because you have both wards AND items, while the enemy team only has items OR wards.

Yeah, removed items will be missed, but IMO it's for more fairness.

That's literally promoting the casual play which Riot has been doing and what has been make this game go down to the hell it is now.

That also promotes competitive play to some extent as instead of blindly purchasing 1000000 wards just to win, people now have to think about how and place their wards, as well as communicating with their ADCs to do the same.

Just a different way to look at it, really.

But it also LIMITS competitive play more than it helps, cause it's better off to have those fews players ward smarter and which makes them rank up then punish them by making the entire game a face roll cause risk ALWAYS need to be taken and it just makes the game more luck and chance based over stratigical based.

I don't see how having less wards all of a sudden becomes more luck based. On a level where most players don't have an idea on what they're doing, yes it's going to be luck based. On a level where most players know how to pull things off, it's an equal challenge for both sides.

Used to never buy greens, only sightstone, and that's already enough vision coverage for the longest time. Why waste money when you can create the same results but with more things to buy?

Though you could be correct on removing greens = "dumbing down", because people would finally realize that buying greens = drain gold, and removing greens tells them that they are obstacles for the best output of income.

Every bush you walk into will more likley be luck based instead of a planned route with MORE wards, every time entering the jungle of an AFK farmer is a guess because less wards and you have no idea what to expect and cannot prepare just making another luck factor, etc...
