Yah when the new leblanc came out she hit me with her E and I had like 50% hp and I was like" I'm fine all her other abilities are on cd" so I just took the damage and it killed me from like 50% hp. [zombie-brand-clap]

Don't worry I'm playing in Bronze, it doesn't fuc... it doesn't matter at all if i go out of lane 5/0 as LB, Maokai, Singed, Swain, Heimer or everybody else who I play, when like every other lane feeds, and jungler doesn't gank. I have some awful games also, i understand, but this happens SO OFTEN, that it stopped being a game of skill, and now it's about which team sucks less... Also i have sad Nunu to make you sad too*[zombie-nunu-tears]*

Years ago, the Boards were in balance and peace ruled over the kingdoms of both Gameplay and Memes. However, at certain point when the Rulers of Memes reached the pinnacle of their powers and posters of high-elo and high experience became only a mere rare legend within borders of Gameplay, a chaos has been unleashed. You no longer can be sure what is sarcasm, meme or serious gameplay suggestion, for all these powers merged into single entity. Thus, the end has begun.

Yes it was, but in the old days she needed to secure the kill with her other abilities after chaining, currently a fed lb will just oneshot you with passive, and use her other cds to kill someone else... Its also a huge problem that she can use w purely for mobility to kite around you, and still kill you with chains r and q. Passive ratio needs to go down imo, and she needs to be rebalanced (numberwise) to a spot where se needs to use all her abilities offensively if she wants to kill people. Because currently half her dmg is stuck on to her passive, and its just retarded.

I've hit someone with Ashe ult from across the map, they recalled and were stunned in base. In other words, this is more than a Leblanc problem.

There is a fraction of a second during your recal (it's like the last 0.1 or 0.5 seconds) where your recall cannot be stopped by any sort of attack (fairly certain that includes CC). I'm not sure if you yourself can't cancel your recal at that point as well, I have seen a Darius recal as he pulled the entire enemy team to his fountain.

Edit: I just grabbed the quote from the League Wiki real quick.

It is possible to be damaged while recalling, but still return to base. This happens if the damage is taken within 0.1 seconds before the channel completes.
