if its high you can't call 45% random and thus as always you cannot really come to any meaningful conclusion based off so little information

his winrate is not an indicator if his banrate is high.

if I roll ten 6 sided dice and ten 20 sided dice the odds of rolling any number of 1s could drop significantly if I can intentionally remove the 6 sided dice.

removing things can change the odds if you are allowed to target something based on your own needs.
