old league EVERY champion could SOLO carry the game, even champions like pre rework urgot/poppy/ww/etc. new league only certain groups of champions, usually hyper mobile/ADCs, can carry. screw fighters, screw juggernauts especially hard with a hot medal rod, and screw mages.

What do you want fighters to do for you to say that they can carry? literally look at anyone to kill them with no effort whatsoever?
