Does it really need to target an ally when it doesn't shield anymore? Make it targetable like Pantheon or TF.

Baron Barian1 votesThe precise landing point is still completely determined by an ally's position. Whether they get a buff from Galio or not doesn't change that.
Besides, really imagine if Galio's ult had that kind of freedom.
