The Sett Health regen nerfs

So in 10.3, Sett is getting his health regen nerfed from 9.25 to 8 HP5

A warranted nerf, as atm Sett can even take bad trades and win because he has the third highest health regen and has a passive that makes it stronger when he goes in to trade.

Yet in your 10.4 PBE patch, Sett health regen has been buffed back to 9.25. 10.3 isnt even live yet, you have 0 data collected on how this nerf has effected him, you have sent the nerf to live, but you immediately want to revert it?? Either send it or dont. Is this what 200+ years of experience looks like?

its prob to test to see if they can put that power back and that the nerfs in live soon were over nerfs. it is just a test. if it seems fine, theyll push it.

i think the nerfs he got was an overnerf personally. W cooldown rank 5 shouldve been 10,not 12.

The bug fix hurt him too much, his winrate is only 56% now, not 58%. :P

I'd hope and presume this is a buff because they plan on nerfing this redundant second passive anyway. We'll see.

Probably a new $kin incoming. Jokes aside, what do you expect from this company at this point? Look at their last champs. It's too evident that they don't care s about balancing.

They do things for other purposes.

The pbe patch is weird. They do not usually put balance changes in this early in the patch onto pbe and large scale changes like Garen are usually accompanied by context posts. Best to wait and see I think.
