ADC Position in lane

I played a ranked match last night that was probably the hardest I have ever faced because I did not know how to position myself in lane. What eneded up happening was my support was literally a human shield for me as neither of us saw a way for me to farm in lane. If I stood to the side of the minions Blitzhook was thrown at me if I stood behind MF Q came flying at me. The lane was (them) vs (i was the cait).

I watched back my demo yesterday and I still could not see what I could of improved on. The only thing I could think of was to play around with the CD on blitz hook. What do you do if you face this lane?

In that situation I think you just want to stay as far away as possible. You have really far auto range as cait, but mf is broke as hell in lane and blitzcrank is blitzcrank. I'm not sure what you could do besides just outranging her

You had range advantage and should have used that but Blitz+MF is a bit difficult

Okay as a 950k caitlyn main i can tell you one thing.

I've thought about some hard as fuck bot lane combinations and i can tell you

Blitz + MF is scary as fuck because Blitz forces you to be behind a minion so you dont get hooked

And because of this, MF easily lands good Qs because you are behind a minion

If you choose not to be behind a minion then blitz has an easier time hooking so

they just sync really well..

The honest truth is what you should have did was sidestep a blitz hook ( bait it ) and let leona completely engage on MF. That way blitz has to walk up to you and knock you up but he wont have much compared to what Leona can do.

Playing super passive there is what lost you the game.

Main problem for you was Blitzcrank, because, well, if you get hit by 1-2 Q it's not going to kill you, but if you get grabbed by Blitz you will probably die.

What would be the best case scenario for you? Well, you can play passively for the entire game, dodgind Blitzkrank's hooks. Or, you would let Blitzkrank grab Leona. She would then E to MF, you would just use your trap making her unable to move, since Leona would CC her for a little longer for you to place trap. I believe you would end up killing MF 98% of the time. Freeze the lane, do it again. They will eventually stop. Or, ask your jungler to gank your lane. You have many possibilities.
