About the Death dance change.
I'm suppose to build this item on akali or on hit adc? I mean akali has good ad ratio while on hit adc can heal from the magic dmg part aswell.

It's a bruiser item still and can work on certain ADC who have high AD ratios. Any champ which has good dual scalings would be stupid to pass up Gunblade.
