picking up the herald is too unbalanced.

if you slay the herald and the enemy team comes in and aces you BEFORE you picked up the eye, you have 2 minutes (is it 2?) to pick it up again. thats major BS. if you dont pick the eye up within lets say 10 seconds it should be gone. i mean cmon.
