Spell Crit?
How broken would this be, currently?
On Press R champs, they pretty much stay the same in deleting one person off the field. But on AOE champs, this would need some tinkering (maybe no crit for aoe even)

Imagine the following AP champs if they could crit with their spells.
There would definitely have to be some rebalancing on AOE and whatnot, no doubt. Most of those champs deal high aoe damage.
