Is evelynn good in low elo

I'm currently b1 trying to reach the top only to watch my elo drop to b5. S5 promos are allegedly hell. I'm no meta slave and I know you can get to diamond with anything. Some champions are harder than others in that reguardles but I don't intend to go that far. Evenynn is a champion based around decision making. You don't need insane mechanics like with someone like yasuo, riven, Lee sin,or zed. You just need to get lead early and run with it but if you don't you feed. Her ganks before 6 are meh because the charm is on a delay and they can see you. Once you do hit lvl 6, you're a ganking machine just like Kayne and talon because permanent invisability. You also blow people the fuck up. Also people in low elo don't like to buy wards (except I'll buy a ward every now and then).if they do, I usually check the bush and if there is one I destroy it, take a camp and then if it's still gankable by then, I'll gank. The main issue is you don't scale and games go longer in low elo. It's not until gold we people can end fast consistently. Anyways with the permanent invisablility and the lack of controll wards is evelynn good for low elo.
