Dodging during champion select

I understand why this could be abuse, but honestly it's better than being stuck on a team where you support wants to play as a Vel'Koz which is just famous for ks you so bad. Not only do I have to wait 30 minutes to play my next game, but I lose 10 lp for it. That's bullshit, since playing in this game is going to cost me a hell of a lot more. Sure it works sometimes to troll, but I'm one of those people that don't care if it works, I like constantly knowing that it works, give me a Sona, a Blitzcrank any real support I'll win my lane 9 out of 10 times at least in Bronze, give me a support like Vel'Koz I can't guaranteed that, your already trolling how am I going to trust you at all to stop ulting so I can take the kill. Or to even try following up when every single one of your abilities is a skill shot? I'm sorry riot but something needs to be done about that making me wait a long ass time for another game, fine I'll take the penalty I'm not going to do it often, because after-all some of us have lives. But costing me lp maybe 4 every match I do it sure it's not that much it doesn't happen way too often, but even one game after a strong win just got some points now I have to give them back or waste 20 minutes of my life playing a game that's not even going to be fun for me considering the fact that I'm playing with a support that's not playing a support champion that's entire intent is just to carry the game so that means they want to feed themselves. This makes playing a marksman almost useless as I won't be able to ditched out the damage necessary to play this game since I'll be starved the entire game having to share my cs with them. Or at the very least be very easily killed since I have no support that can protect me because it's not part of their kit to do so. Resolution either take away lp loss from dodging at least before the game starts, or make it max out at 4 so at least it's not a deal breaker in lower ello.
