Since you Took a lot of time writing this, I feel like it would be insulting to you not to replay.
First off "The reason I personally despise this system is because the matchmaking,** the lack of synergy**, and the overall atmosphere of it irritates me beyond belief."
I actually see MORE synergy with intended picks, I communicate with my team, synergy is now easy to plan, please explain how can it possibly go down?
"A while back I played with an amumu adc who walked into the enemy team and fed them 16 kills before 10 minutes. This kid was silver 3. That never happened to me in solo queue."
It happens to everyone, really, I remember more people stealing roles only to abuse and feed the rightful laner. These people exist, its not Dynamic queues fault that they got matched with you and not anyone else.
I want evidence for this dubious statement:
"even if you can queue up with as many people as you want, the system averages your MMR and compares it to other premades' average'd MMR."
I've never seen riot confirm this, can you expand?
Also all the booster comments, I completely agree it wrong, however I have failed to meet a single booster myself. Ive met a lot of strong players who capitalized on counters, laning and roaming, but that doesn't mean they are boosters. have you player with any boosters?
"people who do great when playing as a lone wolf suddenly do awfully despite having good individual talent, due to the tremendous amount of emphasis on premades, something that forces them to, albeit temporarily, be a part of a separate group of people on voice comms, who never tell him/her what the plan is."
When I premade i almost never use voice comms. Some people do. its not like premades is a new thing, really, they exist, people want to play with their friends are are noticed now because of clubs and henceforth people who have never experience it before or even been aware are no aggravated. It's not an abuse of system either, even before dynamic queue, people who premade had higher chances of winning than lone wolfs. Besides, premades do bad just as often as lone wolfs, I've been baited so many times its just silly.
"Since dynamic queue came out, every game I've played has had a major issue."
I sincerely doubt that.
"Because Riot hates admitting they're wrong."
now you're just making assumptions, every patch notes they admit they are wrong and fix things.
I leave you with these quotes that basically describe everything.

First off, let me clarify something for you:
I don't hate players who like dynamic queue. I understand there are a lot of casual players who only want to have fun and screw around on league, I understand the appeal of playing with whomever you want, however many of them you want. I get that.
However, I play League to GET AWAY from people, and with only a few exceptions, I prefer to keep my interactions with people to one game. Yes, I play this game with friends, but most of the time I don't use this game to socialize, I use it to distract my mind from the banal, boring world outside of it, not involve myself more with it through the guise of a computer game.
As far as averaging MMR, I gathered this from most of the vocal playerbase. I'm not a data-miner, and I doubt Riot would mention how their MMR system works considering it's hidden, so that's the only source I turned to to see if my suspicions were backed up by others.
Other players have often mentioned that in the new dynamic queue, players' MMR often was far above what it should have been from their apparent skill level, judging from their match history, performance in-game, etc. Most of these players were in parties of 3 or more, and many of these parties had very highly skilled players that happened to be within one rank of their friend.
This particular system, or, more accurately, loophole, is what has enabled boosting sites to advertise group boosting; it's not against the rules to queue up with "friends", right? So they team up with players who are poor at mechanics and knowledge and play snowballing champions to carry them hard.
That is what I meant when I said MMR is averaged; you could have a baddy, an average player, and a very good player teamed up, and their MMR would be pretty high despite there being an average player and a baddy on the team due to the good player carrying them. This is an issue that Riot has acknowledged more than a few times, referring to it as they discussed their attempts to balance matchmaking, get rid of boosting/reduce boosting, and reduce the amount of solo players playing with premades.
When I mentioned voice comms, I was exaggerating, I'll freely admit it. I assumed that a lot of the teams I went against with all the same club names who reacted very quickly to ganks and switched up their strategies very quickly were in voice comms, as that is how I act in-game when playing in premades with friends. Of course not every premade uses voice comms, but many of them do, and in any case that's a red herring to the main point, which is the disadvantage of playing with/against premades as a solo player.
As a solo player, your team may pull off some cool stunts due to their good synergy, but where do you fit into that? As the third wheel? A necessary filler to their 4-man? Are you just a meat shield so they can do their world-famous Ashe support/Jarvan mid combo, or whatever silly thing they think will carry them to gold?
I never minded duo queue, because it was just two people that acted differently than everyone else, and at the very least they would pick lanes that are adjacent or one would pick jungle and camp the others' lane so they would at least keep the feeding isolated. If a premade of 4 feeds when you're trying to do your job as a support, what are you supposed to do? How does your skill, knowledge, or experience help you? You're one person they don't know. The random, the pub. They know each other and probably think they know more than you...they most likely won't listen to you. So you have to resign yourself to losing slowly and painfully as you only can delay the inevitable; they won't surrender, and your vote means nothing.
The above scenario is unfortunately much more common than you think, and although I appreciate and admire your unending loyalty to Riot, I think it's high time you realize that dynamic queue is very flawed and that the majority of the vocal playerbase wants the original system back, perhaps with the picking and banning system from dynamic queue.
Oh, and one last thing before I go play Heroes of the Storm instead of League once again:
Riot does not admit their mistakes, and when they do, it's not a true apology and they don't ever make up for it. Sorry to break this to you, but it's true, and it's where the phrase "classic riot backtracking" originated from.
They promised Dominion reworks/changes/ranked, and then proceeded to say nothing about it until people made enough of a stink about it that they removed it entirely while saying "oh yeah, you know how we didn't do anything about this and let it rot? sorry bout that. but at least it's gone now so you can't bug us about doing what we said we're going to do. oh wait you wanted this mode? too bad, it's gone. enjoy your icon. oh wait, the backlogs were wiped a while back and now you have no games recorded? oh well, better go buy more riot points."
They promised a replay system, and all we heard was a few hollow apologies with no word of its release.
They mentioned a strong possibility of a sandbox mode, but the most recent riotplz post they made denounced it as a very low priority, and that they were too focused on improving the wildly unpopular dynamic queue.
They mentioned solo queue would come out a few weeks before dynamic queue, then said it was delayed, then said it was delayed more, then said absolutely nothing for several weeks before hinting that it might never come out, then flat out stating it probably wouldn't come out at all because "it was a knee-jerk reaction" meant to keep everyone calm while they shove dynamic queue down our throats and that, whoopsie, they didn't mean what they said at all, so no promises.
They don't admit to their mistakes. They don't reply on the issues that matter or any hot topics, and if and when they do, all they do is beat around the bush and make their "news" seem more like a speech from an unpopular politician that doesn't care about addressing issues with the public, but is more concerned with making sure nothing bad is revealed and saving face.
Once again, this is probably a big shocker to you, and you probably own every single skin riot has put in the store, and I'm sure their wallets thank you for that, but Riot is rapidly going downhill as a company, partially due to their small, but vocal, group of hardcore loyalists who will still buy riot points and get all the new skins no matter what they do wrong.
