His dueling is absolutely 100% cancer trash shit. In a duel scenario, he presses R and becomes the most insane fucking drain tank in the game, he can basically sit on a 5 stack darius's face.

Ragnaveil2 votesI've played Aatrox vs Darius many times, and the only time that occurs is if the Darius just fucks up his lane phase so much and disrespects Aatrox's Q (key point is dont pull him after Q2 or he'll direct Q3 on you), and doesn't buy bramble. High ELO knows how to counter him, and its very simple for everyone lower than that to understand it too.
