Is she going to be busted or balanced? Riot said the current PBE version is most likely going to be the one that ships. Summary:

  • Current sustain passive shifted over to passive on Q

  • Current move speed passive on Q is shifted over to her passive with some caveats:

If Ahri earns 2 spell hits against an enemy champion within a 1.5-second period, she gains 20% movement speed for 3 seconds (9 second cooldown).

^ note thats is 2 spell hits not two different spells

  • W now automatically focuses you if she hits a spell or autos you first. 0.15 seconds added to delay

  • 20% damage amp added back to her charm

  • Ulti slightly lower base damage but higher AP ratio

Tbh I think shes going to be busted OP again. Letting her keep the movement speed while goving her the damage amp back is REALLY stupid imo. Her W is going to be obnoxious. Auto into guarenteed W will be annoying as fuck.

Back when Ahri got her last mini rework, she traded her damabe amp for the move speed on Q 1 for 1. Now shes going to have both? Right. You could have at least made her give up her current passive but you just moved it to Q. This is a perfect example of overloading a kit imo. You gave her everything and she lost absolutely nothing.

These arent power neutral changes. Theyre straight up buffs

I just want the ahri player to not have a get-out-of-jail free card while being able to use that as a tool to make plays and maintain its obnoxiously low cd.

Her numbers might be out of line one way or another at first, but after some nerfing and buffing she'll be... basically unchanged from live.

The only difference on her movespeed is she has to hit something twice to get it so she's a little less safe but not appreciably so, but the fact that she has to land charm to get a kill means she just won't commit to an engage if she misses it.
