The Better Fizz

Really unimpressed with the whole AD Fizz thing going around, with personal games I experienced I think he has less than a 10% win rate and the games he won (with/against btw) is when I hard carried while having an AD Fizz on my team; tl;dr: AD Fizz doesn't really do thing.

The alternative build which will accomplish a lot more and be more impactful would be AP/bruiser and possible AP/Tank Fizz with Rod of Ages, Nashor's Tooth and whatever items you need and/or want for that games. This accomplishes the same goals as on-hit tank fizz just actually does something.
