Post-Assassin Rework Recommended Changes
Akali
Akali's burst has both been delayed a ton and weakened overall. Goal here is to lessen those effects.
Passive- Twin Disciplines
Second Strike Damage: 10-100 (+50% bonus AD) (+50% AP) -> 15-150 (+65% bonus AD) (+55% AP)
Attack Animation Speed: Increased animation speed of both attacks by 75%~
Q- Mark of the Assassin
Mark Detonate Base Damage: 45/70/95/120/145 -> 45/75/105/135/165
R- Shadow Dance
Cool Down between Uses: 2 seconds -> 1.75 seconds
Fizz
I always found it strange that Riot said that Fizz would be more slippery in the update but didn't make him anymore slippery. Here are some changes to make him more slippery.
Base Movement Speed: 335 -> 350
Q- Urchine Strike
NEW Almost Got the Reset: The cool down of Urchin Strike now resets upon champion kill or assist.
Mana Cost: 50 mana -> 40 mana
Range: 550 -> 575
R- Chum the Waters
Projectile Speed: Increased projectile speed of fish by 15%~
Shaco
Plain and simple, Shaco was released a little too weak. Some small buffs to put him back into play.
Passive- Backstab
Crit Damage: 20-45% -> 25-50%
Q- Deceive
Cool Down: 14 seconds -> 14/13/12/11/10 seconds
NEW Tricky Clown: The current cool down of Deceive is reduced by 85% upon champion kill or assist.
Removed Delay: 0.125 seconds -> Instant
Mana Cost: 60 mana -> 45 mana
E- Two-Shiv Poison
AD Ratio: 85% AD -> 80/85/90/95/100% AD
Thoughts and opinions? Some of the Assassins were released a little weak so I wanted to buff them a bit. Akali, Fizz, and Shaco namely are feeling a little weak/clunky and could use changes. These changes are mostly about enhancing what their reworks wanted them to be and their theme, plus buffing some of their numbers.
