Can TBC and Youmou's be melee only yet?

I'm just tired of ADCs abusing them.

Duskblade is kind of a special case for Jhin and MF since they have huge chunking attacks...But TBC or Youmou's? Lucian can stack TBC to max in 2 seconds and Youmou's ensures you can never escape him and/or basically ensures he does true damage to squishies. Youmou's alone gives them the speed that they should be achieving at midgame, as well as high damage. TBC, if built, gives them a phage(more speed) to work with and further armor pen...with more hp than the avg adc and it has decent damage on it as well. :/

'muh build diversity'..yeah, no, Lucian is the only one that can effectively abuse TBC (MF with her ult I guess, or Ashe if she buys it), and I don't see every ADC building Youmou's every game either. It's strong as hell on the few adcs that can abuse either of them (or both) when it wasn't really intended for them.

Rumor has it that Duskblade and Ghostblade will become melee only in the preseason. Cleaver i dont think will though

That's good, for the most part. Imo, TBC hardly has a place on ranged champs. I don't know any ranged champ (which doesn't have a melee counterpart) that builds it, outside of the ADCs aforementioned. Or, if they're not gonna make it melee-only, at least make it stack slower for ranged champs.
