@Riot Is Rylai's getting changed at the same time as the assassin rework?

I've already seen that the Assassin rework should be in the PBE Cycle next week (Thnx Meddler and Moobeat! :P ), I was curious if we were gonna see the Rylai's nerf/change also in that PBE Patch, or if it was gonna be put into a later PBE patch. kthnxbai :P
