He was 0/9/10 and had the most CS on the team and dealt more damage to champions than you. Complain about the ADC who had 178CS in 34 minutes.
Also you died to the opposing midlaner 5 minutes in and then you and Viktor both died in a 2v2, putting him down 3 kills against his lane opponent seven minutes in. That kinda screwed him over.
Great job tying the enemy ADC for least wards placed. While jungling. WITH A YELLOW TRINKET THAT YOU DIDN'T UPGRADE.
