Please Fix Normals Matchmaking

I hate getting matched against Diamonds and Plats when I'm only Silver. It's not fun. I'm fine with Gold, but anything above that is just not fun. Sure, playing against good players makes you better, but if they're that much better, you can't learn a thing because you're always dead.

Please make Ranked MMR affect Normals slightly, because a lot of high ranking players don't play Normals and seem to have low Normals MMR.
