CertainlyT's Caitlyn Rework is...
...actually really cool looking. Good job! It looks well put-together, interesting, and has plenty of cool mechanics and also counterplay. Good stuff.

I like it
Except for 1 thing
Traps no longer deal damage
one day, they will see. THEY WILL ALL SEE

RIP Cakelyn.
I actually played against that once, it was like playing against Teemo post 6.
WHY DID THEY REMOVE HER AP BUILD T_T
He still owes Morde a debt he can't repay
I'd settle for a flat nerf to Mace of Spades in return for letting us crit with it. And maybe some buff to his ratios and solo laning if his big meaty damage item Trinity Force is going to be even more hella awkward on him, and they are slowly taking away the only thing that allows him to stand against his foes in the bottom lane, aka the broken leveling passive.
All these changes are going to make things weird for him.
In return for Trinity Force's stats changes, Morde would get now more Crit and CDR, the former of which does almost nothing for Mordekaiser, and the latter is almost pointless considering that Mordekaiser's abilities don't really get spammed save for Siphon, which already exists on a short 6-5 second cooldown.
It's like giving Lich Bane to Zed: what the hell do you expect him to do with it? Build AP?
Youdont build TF on morde anymore. Rylais into zhonyas every time.
I'm surprised it didin't had something like "caitlyn can dash towards a enemy who is netted and will do % true damage headshot point-blank"
just joking you know
He made something healthy!? I...can't believe I like something he did...
What is life...WHAT'S REAL??

He had to kill something fun for it though.
why is it that most of the adc changes are very healthy..... but everything else is like writing a book with a limp sausage
Good boy, little CT has finally learned something new!
He hasnt, look at the Graves rework.
Graves will be doing fine. The rework might seem ridiculous at first, but since it has clear strengths and weaknesses (and thankfully not 30 excess passives) I fell like it's gonna end up well.
Just look at Draven Draaaaaaaaven: His playstyle seems alien, but it is balanced and makes him stand out among other marksmen. I fell like Graves is gonna feel smooth as well after the rework.
Oh they posted that, let me check. looks Oh wait, I already looked before and saw no bullshit there. Just a pretty dang good rework.
A reloading ADC concept? Graves?
I think those two mix together perfectly, I love it!
Yeah, good concept! Reloading is actually pretty cool, got to play with it.
Oh, but there was this teensy little problem.
2k Point blank crit at level 6
I can confirm that his new passive is FUCKING AWESOME.
Flash crits to the face are OP the best.
Well we also have to consider that he played only a really SMALL part in her rework. Thank god for that.
WHERE DO YOU FIND THE REWORK
Surrender at 20? If I'm understanding your question.
surrender @ 20.

"actually" ?
CertainlyT made some mistakes (I won't talk about Morde), but he's a great designer and opened space to a lot of possibilities, especially when we look at how Thresh changed the support role.
He's incredible at making unique and fun character designs. However, his kit designs are overloaded and quite literally impossible to balance effectively.
Yasuo's base stats are shit, but he doesn't need them. He has the ultimate safety shield, doubled crit chance, and 50% bonus armor penetration. He's a mADC, mobile assassin-fighter, and tank-burster all in the same combo. All with absolutely no meaningful trade-offs. You don't even have to do much to actually make him balanceable, and even fun to play against. Remove the crit chance. The shield was interactive as a passive, and encouraged constantly moving and roaming, but the crit chance not only overshadows it completely, but breaks the kit along with it.
Thresh "changed the support role" by being everything desirable in a support. He's the most popular support in the game, because he does everything.
Again, CertainlyT makes some of the most interesting characters in the game, but his kits are seriously lacking in terms of balance.
So, I really, really, REALLY hate Yasuo as well. Like, I hate Yasuo more than almost any other champion. If Yasuo was deleted from the game, I'd take a video of me doing a happy dance, upload it to YouTube, and then post it on Boards. Screw Yasuo.
That said . . . and I hate being in the position of defending Yasuo . . .
Yasuo needs the double crit passive. If double crit was removed (and base damages adjusted), Yasuo becomes a hybrid between Zed and Riven. Resourceless, mobile, capable of bursting your face off with triple long sword. He would get to build things like Ghostblade/BotRK or Hydra/Black Cleaver as his first two items for even moar burst. Those builds are garbage on current Yasuo because his base stats force him to build crit items.
Yasuo's double crit passive (and crappy base stats) forces him to build glass cannon, and to do so in a way that don't allow him to get Hydra or BotRK for sustain without gimping his build. Yes, he's really hard to hit with a skillshot CC in minion waves and even then he still has F@$%!ing Wind Wall and his passive shield. But he's also forced to sink 6000 gold into two items that he absolutely MUST have (Statikk Shiv and Infinity Edge) and which you wouldn't find on any other assassin.
Sensible changes might be reducing the range of Last Breath's activation, or making the armor shred amount scale with rank in the spell. Sensible changes might be making Wind Wall only activate so many times on champion spells/attacks based on its rank so you can optionally break it. Sensible changes might be increasing the E cooldown onto targets that have already been dashed. But I don't think removing double crit (though an easy target) is actually good for Yasuo.
It makes him build something that no assassin would want to build otherwise. (they don't). It gives him a power curve that doesn't revolve around "level 6+ you must respect my ability to insta-gib you" aka Zed, because a lot of Yasuo's lane dynamic requires him to whittle you down over the course of a longer fight and juke stuff with E/Wind Wall rather than just "press buttons, press buttons to juke your spell, kill you in 3 seconds" ala Kat, Zed, and Fizz.
TL;DR: I hate Yasuo so much. But I don't hate the double crit.
I agree here, I've never had an issue with his double crit.
My frustration with him stems from his insane mobility which renders pretty much all skill shots useless
I'm fine with him having high mobility, but he just needs a window, however short, where he's vulnerable without needing point and click cc (which is dying out)
Meanwhile, Graves...
I fell like Graves is gonna feel similar after the rework.
Um, yea. His clear weakness is that he is barely a ranged champion anymore. Graves aa's hit the closest target to him... so basically Graves can now only attack the frontline with his shotgun, and his aa range is less than ALMOST every gap closer in the game. Haven't seen the numbers yet, but unless they completely unbalanced him and his damage is off the charts he is going to get shit on.
His damage is off the charts and he'll have scaling MR
Yay a CertainlyT appreciation thread xD
B-But you just hate certainly T and he avoids the forums because everyone only criticizes him!!
CAN SOMEONE LINK ME TO IT
Cait is pretty much locked into PD now though as a result because you won't get high headshot damage without getting it now.
Although, depending on how you build Hurricane will become a essential part of her build thanks to its ability to make headshot come up more. So in the end having 40% crit with Hurricane might actually out dps PD in terms of headshot damage.
Hurricane was actually really good on her even before now. I still don't know why people never built it
Hurricane was actually really good on her even before now. I still don't know why people never built it
Because it never had crit so only rocking a build with 20-25% crit was stupid.
However, now once she hits max items she will be unkillable thanks to the double life steal given by both BT and Scimitar.
True.
I always preferred building it in place of a defensive item, so while it was more situational it had stupid good synergy with her passive while still having your standard IE/Zeal item build
Anyways I'm pretty stoked to see how the rework plays
I'm really impressed with not only the rework, but how he wrote up the summary.
More specifically, I love how he talked about the changes and why he did what he did as well and how it'll affect her gameplay.
Where are y'all seeing this?
1 for 7 so far.
I know, right? He actually made something that was cool and thematic without overloading it with unbalanceable shit!
Maybe he followed my suggestion and hired somebody to say "stop" before he added the %Max Health true damage bleed.
Can someone post a link of where this rework is? I can't find it.

No
Except for the tooltip fuckup lol. "traps now snare an enemy champion for 90 seconds" "Traps last 2 seconds"
OOPS.
