He does ridiculous damage, and all he needs is like 2 ap items then he can got tanky.

I swear one time I was two levels above him and he 100-0 me with just a catalyst. hes op. hes like a magic damage ad carry. he used to root you for years. he still can just harder for him. but he does more damage now so you blow up faster . they didn't solve anything thats why they are reworking him
