At this point Riot might as well just delete towers since they can't witstand anything in the game anymore. The only thing they did to them is just increase the health and they still get destroyed before 6 minutes into the game.

The minion buff + this buff makes the cannon minion do 3.5x more damage....and that's without banner.

I'm convinced riot has no idea what they are doing.

If they get destroyed before 6 minutes in the game why does this buff change anything according to you? The increased damage post 20 minutes and after buying a fairly mediocre item shouldn't change anything if every tower on the map is already destroyed by that point yes? Just wondering where your going with this one.

Kind of. The bug was that banner ad was not getting factored into baron buff damage multiplication, the video is after the bug was fixed. Still unintended however, on the thread associated with the video a rioter commented that they will turn down the effect so it's not quite as strong.

So this was actually an issue with a bug in the baron buff application that once the bug got fixed, caused the obscene damage. This should get fixed today, and will most likely be only slightly stronger than what it is on live, but no where near as strong as the video shows.

"We're reverting the damage to turret dmg multiplier for baroned siege minions for 8.4. There's a bug we fixed (BoC bonus ad wasn't being counted into the baron buff attack) which made that multiplier a little nutso. Will still be dealing more damage than live, but less crazy."

That isn't exactly 100% accurate.

Towers/minions scale on the number of players actually on that team. So this is vs completely unscaled towers (about 50% as strong as normal). Its still insane, but makes more sense when you realize its still twice as strong as what it would actually be in actual usage.
