That was probably only made to make sure all HP regen numbers were rounded to 1 decimal rather than between 2 to 5, not necessarily intended as a buff.

Dude wake up. Riot will never fix something that appeals to casuals, noobs, newbies. It's better for someone playing one or two games to have faster games and have it decided in first 5 minutes in bot when they spam some brain-dead free win Lulu. They have more money from casuals than actual veteran players who want game to be balanced.

Didn't they say that every other patch (aka now odd number patches will be small patches) and even number ones will be big patches. That feels like a bigger change. I mean that seems to check out to me though.

I think the best short term thing would be to hammer crit by nerfing/changing the items and making them a lot more expensive.

Changing the game pacing would mean slower scaling. Scaling champs are scaling too fast, that's the issue.

You could have phrased this differently. Being this passive aggressive makes Rioters not want to talk about future work, even about 'safe' projects, because every little delay or inaccuracy will cause Boards outrage.

And here we have the reason that you should never post a specific date to have something shipped.

Best case scenario, you get it done ahead of time and it's an expected result. Average case, you get it done on time and it's an expected result. Worst case, it's late at all and everyone is disappointed.

meddler is like the guy you gave him money to buy something and you expect him returning that money in the end of the year but he comes after 5 years later to give it to you because from his perspective he considers "5 years later" (soon enough)
