Probably gonna be some interaction similar to Kayns ult- You need to tag the target before you can ult it.

you dont. you just need to be in range and press the button. though if it turns out that his ult gets too far out of hand balance wise, this could be a good compromise.

also noticable that nibus cloak is really fucking powerful with this ultimate, as it reduces the enemies ability to kite while youre both trapped in the arena.

Exactly what I was thinking when I was watching the bts video. I haven't played this game for a long time now, but I'll definitely be trying out the new morde when his rework hits the pbe. I hope he's good at splitting.
