Sejuani Win ratio 57.03% Ban ratio 64.97% LeBlanc Win ratio 47.09% Ban ratio 57.71% Irelia Win ratio 50.91% Ban ratio 56.16% Katarina Win ratio 53.4% Ban ratio 48.11%

Riot believe that this champions are "Balanced" but the people who actually play the game they believe that they are broken champions who need real nerfs!

And LeBlanc may have "low" win ratio but this is because she suffer from Lee sin syndrome every single player who play mid want to pick LeBlanc even when they have no idea how to play her!!

"But win ratio mean nothing"

Ok you wanna go this path riot? Ok what about ban ratio? the ban ratio mean that 64% of the games in ALL division dont want to play against a sej and so on for the rest of the champs!

This is because

1-They are broken and they are toxic 2-They are not fun to play against because they have a toxic kit!

So this mean that this champs need nerfs/fixes REAL NERFS not 0.05Ap ratio nerf on LB ulti...

All of those champions. Every. Single. One. Has received recent nerfs.

Win rate means very little unless it's more than 5% difference from 50/50. Pick/Ban rate is more of a factor, but that tends to be more a side-effect of the meta than a champion being actually overpowered.

Both of those are meaningless in a single week. If those rates stay relatively the same for a month, then it usually implies a problem. Either the meta can't shift because the counter-play to the meta isn't strong enough, or the champion excels against champions it shouldn't.

I don't think any of these champs have kept these rates for a full month even.

you're only looking inside the box.... open your mind..to the infinite possibilities... think of why these champions have seen a raise... open your mind to other things adding factors to their success...like maybe items?

Patch 5.6 data is still unavailable and even if it was we'd have nowhere near enough data make proper assessments.

Yes, let's all forget they got nerfed a bit this patch, and instead of how they usually do it (let's nerf them to the ground) they actually try to balance them by giving small nerfs each patch.

Sejuani was just hit this patch so I'm going to ignore the 57% until it's had time to settle in as Riot will likely throw another nerf her way. The other three you mention all have a win rate that is + - 3% of 50% which is considered fine. Toxic kits? Hardly. Tricky and difficult to solo? Yes. Teamwork exists, try it out.

Katarina - ult is shut down with any stun, knockup or displacement ability. LeBlanc - can blow up a squishy but gets no resets so either dies just after her target or retreats and waits for cooldowns. Irelia - hard to pin down but given a tanky champion peeling she can be kited down quite easily.

I can think of far worse champions to face than the four you mention.

People were still banning Jarvan long after his gutted jungle clear and sustain nerf. It takes a while for people to figure out a champion is bad. Probably cause they'r banning them so much.

Irelia lost some damage on his E..when she need to lose duration...

Lb lost 0.0.5 ap ratio on her ulti....

Kat? yeah she dosent have any nerfs ecxept from her passive while ago (which mean nothing in terms of damage)

Sej is still perma banned because they only thing that riot did was to make sure people to use some brain when they play her and not just sleep and press R in team fights!

Yeah amazing nerfs...

You quote riot yet they have not said any of what you quote them for recently. A year or two ago irelia was in a fine place (I remember getting called out because i picked the "weak" irelia) and back then they said she was fine but they have not said so to any of the other iirc
