Memes aside, those items should be marksmen specific IMO. Essence Reaver was changed to fit anyone who can abuse the passive, and Stormrazor was added to take it's place as an ADC first item rush. However, ADCs never thrived off of one auto attack, backing off, and autoing again. All the addition did was add more burst to the game. Who abused it? Garen, Wukong, Zed, Talon, Nocturne, Rengar, and others. A free crit for burst without needing to actually build crit. It's a stupid item that's only a good rush for a few champions, and the champions that abuse it outweigh the champions that utilize it properly.

Don't worry about pulling off and attacking for the passive.
GO in let it proc once.. stay on that target, when they start to run it will cooldown.. and you can get it to proc again..
Backing off and on for the passive, just lowers overall damage.
Stormrazer is freeing people up from having to buy 5 crit items so they can make more logical choices..
I don't need to crit every hit.. I need some damn armor to deal with jungle rushing me or some utility.
