What are your wishes to see in the game this season/year?

I think a lot of us want similar things to come out of this season. Let's face it, the boards have just been complaining about the preseason so far and one of my recent posts about not getting invested in League now a days also shows a lot of people are with me. League has changed over the years but for the worst and continues to do so, being turned more and more into a fast-pace snowball fest with damage through the roof and many more problems.

With that said, what are some general things that you'd like to see happen/change in this season/year? (I'm also considering of gathering the comments and wishes below into a mega thread sometime later)

To start out and give a brief list of my wishes:

• Less snowbally games/stomps
• Put some power back into top lane so it isn't an island anymore
• Stop having bot lane being the deciding factor of winning games majority of the time, maybe rework ADC itemization since it's some of the cheapest in the game and even get rid of the RPC/Shic combo
• Towers still don't feel that great, especially with Demolish or late game against tanks, maybe bring back lazer towers
• More reworks than new champs (It's been confirmed that we're getting quite a few VGUs but I'd still prefer more)
• Fix AP itemization, everyone else has variety but mages/AP users
• FIx matchmaking so silvers don't get paired with the likes of Diamonds or whatnot and more so that people don't go on lose streaks when on win streaks
• Possibly change the way you rank up in and to divisions (I might actually start playing ranked again)
• Finally give nerfs to champs that deserve it after avoiding them for so long (Twitch, Twitch, Twitch, Twitch, Twitch)
