...seriously? We're not only getting another Fiora skin, who's most recent skin was a little over a year ago, Yi, who literally just received his cosmic skin in April this year, and ... Janna!?!?!?! Janna is getting a skin, most likely having some sort of sword in it, even though she's more of a mage and uses a staff and relies on spells?

I'm extremely upset by this right now! FFS RIOT YI JUST GOT A FUCKING SKIN THIS YEAR AND NOW YOU'RE GIVING HIM ANOTHER ONE?!?!?! Fiora I guess I can understand a bit but why Janna? Janna! Of all the characters she's getting thrown in with this sword theme? Why?!?!?!

I was getting hyped up for the Yorick skin for such a long time, even a bit more hyped to see if Shen would get a skin in so long since that chinese teaser was a perfect look of his sword. But now I'm just upset by there decisions with these skins! Like I said, Yi already got a skin this year, why is he getting the special treatment of getting two in the same year, in little over 6 months?!?!?! Fuck you Riot!

Sarcasm aside, it would be nice for champs to get skins that fit the theme. Janna? She doesn't even have a sword. Plus it's just going to feed the memes about Illaoi, Taliyah and Sol.

EDIT: Skins look great btw, but still.

And then there's Zed , that has 4 skins, one of which is his release skin, 2 legacy event skins one of which sucks hard and only one true skin, Project, released over 2 years ago.

Yorick and Cass finally got a new skin, so i claim the right to complain.

But hey, Yasuo already got his legendary skin despite being newer than Zed.

The chinese teaser was giving me hope for a Shen VS Zed skin theme like for Riven VS Yas.

I play Yi too but, 2 skins in less half a year?

Really?

How does one champ qualify for skins anymore?

Zed is the proof that popularity means nothing.

I feel it was a mistake with that sword teaser as it does look eerily similar to Shen's spirit sword as well. It's no wonder that many would be upset as Shen has yet to receive a new skin for years as well.

Calm the fuck down. Riot's said that everyone who hasn't gotten a skin recently will get one. They've been delivering on that. There is ZERO reason to get pissed and whiny about Yi getting a skin.

Sigh I love Riots skins inspired by asian culture like Warring Kingdoms, Bloodmoon, Starguardian (japanese pop culture) and now this new Wuxia skin line. It really hurts that there is not a champ included I am playing. But since this will become a new skin line, I hope to have better luck in the next round.

The skin teaser was really strange, though. How is it possible that this was not Shen? That floating sword was just screaming Shenpai out of it's lungs and it is some time ago that he received a skin. That Yi got it over him is really a let down. I don't play him myself, but I understand the disappointment.

Janna was a good choice for this line and they pulled it off fantastically. It's interesting to have someone use a sword as a casting implement and they aren't uncommon ceremonial objects. Hopefully they make a skin for shen in this line someday though.

There seems to be always this kind of thread when new skins hit the PBE. There is a reason the more popular champs get more skins.

btw. searching through OP's match history I found out he hasnt picked shen in months, so no idea what's the fuss
