As is every ranged top, but especially Twitch. You lose massive chunks of health for daring to have the audacity to try and kill ONE MINION, he can stealth as a get-out-of-jail-free-card from ganks, and on top of that by being in a solo lane he reaches his broken power spikes faster.
Remove ranged top.

So it pays not to blind pick those champions.
One of the main issues with top lane ranged champions is the fact many jungle fail to capitalize on the fact ranged champions are especially weak when isolated because they generally lack reliable escapes and are incredibly squishy.

Ranged (or melee with a lot of poke) vs. Immobile melee champions pretty much renders the melee champion useless. They have no choice, but to feed, get kited/poked to death, and/or lose lane.
